Order Tracking
All orders are sent using a tracked delivery service. Tracking details will be provided via email once your order has been shipped.
Delays
While we aim to meet all delivery estimates, occasional delays may occur due to factors outside our control, such as courier disruptions or adverse weather conditions. Sultan Elixir is not responsible for delays once an order has been handed to the courier.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your delivery address is accurate at checkout. Sultan Elixir cannot be held responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at contact@sultanelixir.com within 48 hours of delivery, including your order number and any relevant photos. We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
