1. How long does delivery take?

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days. Once shipped, UK delivery typically takes 3–5 working days, depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your parcel is on its way.

 


 

2. Do you offer international shipping?

At this time, Sultan Elixir ships exclusively within the United Kingdom. Expanding delivery internationally is part of our future plans.

 


 

3. How is my order packaged?

Each order is hand-packed with care to ensure your fragrance arrives safely and in pristine condition. 

 


 

4. What is your return policy?

You may return your order within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

To arrange a return, please email info@sultanelixir.com with your order number and reason for return.

For hygiene reasons, opened fragrances or samples cannot be returned.

 


 

5. Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order hasn’t yet been dispatched, we may be able to modify or cancel it. Please email info@sultanelixir.com as soon as possible, quoting your order number.

 


 

6. How long do refunds take?

Refunds are processed within 5-10 working days after your returned item has been received and inspected by our team.

 


 

7. Are your fragrances authentic?

Every Sultan Elixir creation is handcrafted in limited batches, blending refined oils and accords sourced from specialist perfumers and distilleries across the Middle East and Europe. Each composition reflects the precision, artistry, and integrity of true fine perfumery.

 


 

8. Do you offer sample sizes?

Yes, we offer sample and discovery sets for selected fragrances so you can experience them before purchasing a full bottle.
