Delivery

We offer complimentary UK delivery on all orders over £70.

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days using a tracked courier service. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your tracking details.

Each parcel is carefully packed to ensure your fragrance arrives safely and in pristine condition.

At present, Sultan Elixir delivers exclusively within the United Kingdom.

Returns

If you wish to return your order, you may do so within 14 days of receiving your parcel, provided the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer care team at info@sultanelixir.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll provide full instructions.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for opened fragrances or samples.

Refunds are issued within 5–7 working days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
